Job Overview
Signs & Labels Hereford Ltd have been established since 1999. Growing organically from humble beginnings to now becoming one of the leading signage and visual communication manufacturers within our region. Our work varies greatly from large format print through to vehicle graphics and CNC cutting.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing team. Experience within the sign industry is advantageous however in-house training can be provided for the right person.
Responsibilities and Duties
– Operate large format printers to produce high-quality prints.
– Perform routine maintenance on printers to ensure they are running smoothly.
-Prepare artwork files for print, including file formatting and colour correction.
-Manage print production schedules and deadlines.
-Ensure that all printed materials meet quality standards and specifications.
-Troubleshoot and solve any printer or production issues that may arise.
-Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all artwork files are print-ready.
-Maintain a clear and organised work area.
-Ensure all signage is completed on time and to an extremely high standard.
-Take responsibility for your own and others’ health and safety when at work.
-Work as part of a team to deliver set targets but also be confident enough to work alone.

-Our industry varies widely and includes working with a vast number of materials.
(Wallpapers, window graphics, large format, exhibition, fascia signage, built-up and illuminated lettering) so willingness and flexibility to learn are crucial.
-A technical mind and practical skills.

-Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
