Stowford Press Festival Area Kit

We’ve worked with Westons Cider for many years and it’s always exciting to collaborate with their team on projects that bring their brands to life. Stowford Press is one of the UK’s leading ciders, and bringing their brand experiences to life through modular festival signage and bespoke event displays is always great fun!

The Brief

Westons asked us to create a custom festival display kit that could be reused across different events. It needed to include perimeter fencing, a collapsible faux green wall with interchangeable logos, large cut out logos, fingerposts, picnic benches, planters with faux trees, freestanding Henry characters and custom cornhole games.

The challenge was making sure everything was modular and collapsible so it could be easily transported and adapted to fit different pitch sizes.

The Process

Our team worked closely with Westons to develop designs that combined practicality with strong brand impact. Because every part of the kit had to be robust yet portable, we carried out prototyping and testing to ensure each element would stand up to the demands of a busy festival season. Importantly, all of the components were produced in-house at our Hereford facility. Using our CNC Router and the skills of our workshop team, we manufactured each item to exact specifications – from the fencing panels and planter boxes to the freestanding characters and custom games. By keeping the full process under one roof, we were able to maintain quality control, speed up turnaround times and make adjustments quickly when needed.

The Solution

The finished kit provided a flexible, modular setup that can be reused across multiple events. From the collapsible faux green wall with interchangeable branding to the furniture, signage and interactive games, everything was built to be quick to install, easy to transport and eye-catching on site. The photos show the kit in action at Wychwood Festival earlier this year, where it created a standout branded experience for festival-goers.
